Any client engagement should be confirmed separately through direct communication, proposal documents, statements of work, or another written agreement. Final scope, deliverables, deadlines, and commercial terms are defined on a per-project basis.

Invoicing and payment handling

Invoices and payment collection may be handled through invoicing systems and payment-service providers such as Stripe. Payment card details are processed by Stripe-hosted Checkout and are not collected directly by this website.

Scheduling and cancellations

Introductory calls or consultations booked through the contact flow may be rescheduled or canceled through direct communication or through the scheduling provider used for the booking.

Refunds and commercial terms

Refund, cancellation, and payment-timing terms are set in the written agreement, proposal, or invoice terms that govern the specific client engagement.
