Nature of the website and services

This website is an informational and lead-generation website for freelance services. It describes available service areas and invites potential clients to get in touch, but it does not provide direct online checkout or automated purchase completion.

Project scope and agreements

Any client engagement should be confirmed separately through direct communication, proposal documents, statements of work, or another written agreement. Final scope, deliverables, deadlines, and commercial terms are defined on a per-project basis.

Invoicing and payment handling

Invoices and payment collection are handled outside the website, including through invoicing or payment-service providers such as Stripe. The website itself does not collect payment card details or run an on-site Stripe checkout flow.

Scheduling and cancellations

Introductory calls or consultations booked through the contact flow may be rescheduled or canceled through direct communication or through the scheduling provider used for the booking.

Refunds and commercial terms

Refund, cancellation, and payment-timing terms are set in the written agreement, proposal, or invoice terms that govern the specific client engagement.

Consumer and complaints path

Where Portuguese consumer-protection rules apply, visitors may use the published Livro de Reclamações path for formal consumer complaints.
